Listing Guidelines

The uploading of information to any Procomlistings website and any information related to any servies provides is subject to the following terms and conditions.  If your use of our website is for searching listings only then you are “a member of the public”.  If your use of our website is for both searching and listing properties and/or business’ for sale then you are a “listing member”.  If you are either “members of the public” or a “listing member” then you  agree to be bound by “Procomlistings Terms Of Use”.

 

“Members of the public” agree to hold Procomlistings, Referral150 and any other affiliated companies harmless as to the representations in any all listings which they view.  The content of these listings is solely the responsibility of the “listing member”.  Procomlistings makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of the information contained in any listing and this information must be confirmed by any “member of the public” or “listing member”.  

 

Procomlistings uses email as the main way of communicating with any “listing member” or “member of the public”.  By using our website you agree to allow Procomlistings or any affiliated company to send emails to any email address you submit to Procomlistings.

 

Listings Members can submit information about a particular property or business for the means of advertising to the public.  By submitting this information the listing member acknowledges they have the full right and authority to allow Procomlistings to use this information on their website to allow any member of the public to view and possibly download this information.

 

In order to maintain a certain level of security listing members are required to submit certain information which may contain but not limited to their legal name, real estate license number, contact phone number, site login/password and email address.  Procomlistings will not be responsible for any loss or damages that might result from any illegal hacking of our website or your failure to securely maintain this information.  Procomlistings reserves the right to delete and or remove any part or all of a listing which we, in our sole discretion, deem to be inaccurate, misleading and or offensive.  

 

Listing members will be responsible to update their listings, if necessary, to conform to state real estate license laws.  All listings must be verified every 90 days by the listing member in order to insure accuracy and status of the listing.  If a listing is not verified by the appropriate time the status of the listing will be changed to “off market”.

 

By searching and or uploading listings on to any Procomlistings web site you agree to the above terms and conditions.
